§ Mr. Anthony GrantThere is a general shortage of glass bottles and packaging material, and my Department is aware of the difficulties which this presents for the Scotch whisky industry. However, the industry already benefits from the exemption of the manufacture and distribution of containers and packaging materials for food from the present electricity restrictions.
