Mr. Dickson Mabon

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the local authorities which have made or are making provision for the special housing needs of disabled persons as required by Section 3 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970.

Since the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act came into operation the following authorities have submitted schemes to me which include the provision of houses for disabled persons:
