§ Mr. SpeedNone. This highway improvement is the responsibility of Birmingham City Council. It will be for it to consider any claims for compensation under the Land Compensation Act 1973. I understand, however, the council intends to publish noise maps in accordance with the provisions of the Noise Insulation Regulations 1973.
