§ Mr. PriorMuch expertise on population matters already exists within Government Departments. A small group of officials in the Cabinet Office will now coordinate the collation of information and the formulation of policy, as well as performing other support functions. I expect this staff to comprise three officials, not exclusively concerned with population matters, plus clerical and secretarial support.
