§ Mr. Patrick JenkinLaboratories on the premises of registered opticians and dentists are exempt. Applications, provided they are sponsored by the Department of Health and Social Security, for exemption of other optical and dental laboratories will be considered by the regional offices of the Department of Trade and Industry.
