§ 17. Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Secretary of State for Employment how he proposes to ensure the necessary degree of control in the payment of unemployment benefits when the employment and unemployment sides of the employment service are to be both administratively and physically separated.
§ Mr. ScottThe Employment and Training Act requires the Manpower Services Commission to provide information necessary for the determination of claims to benefit. The arrangements for transmission of information between the employment and training services of the Manpower Services Commission and the benefit service of my Department will be broadly the same as those operating now where the functions are separately performed.
