§ Mr. Geoffrey Finsbergasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he now has any further statement to make advising, under the Fuel and Electricity (Control) Act, the making of an Order in Council under Section 4(3) to deal with taxicab hirings and under Section 4(2)(a) to deal with taxicab sharings.
