§ Q16. Mr. Grimondasked the Prime Minister what the relationship is to be of the Minister of State at the Scottish Office, Lord Polwarth, to the Secretary of State for Energy ; and if he will make a statement.
§ The Prime MinisterLord Polwarth will retain his special rôle in matters relating to oil development which affect Scotland and he will, of course, work closely with Ministers in the new Department of Energy.
