§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe term of office of the present members of the Welsh Council ends on 31st March 1974. I have decided to reconstitute the council for a further term of three years from 1st April, without prejudice, however, to any changes which may be necessary following decisions on the Report of the Royal Commission on the Constitution (Cmnd. 5460). I shall announce the names of the members of the reconstituted council in due course. I have, however, invited Mr. M. W. Rosser, the present Chairman, to serve as Chairman506W for the further term, and I am pleased to announce that he has accepted.
