§ Mr. Beithasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will consider introducing such amendments to the National Insurance (Seasonal Workers) 502W Regulations 1950 as may be necessary so as to ensure that share fishermen who engage in fishing for their livelihood throughout the year are not classed as seasonal workers.
§ Mr. DeanI think the hon. Member may be under a misapprehension. The Seasonal Workers Regulations apply only to people who do not work throughout the year.
