The Attorney-GeneralThe total number of complaints alleging unfair industrial practices under Section 96 of the Industrial Relations Act 1971 which have been lodged with the Industrial Relations Court up to 6th February 1974 is 54. It is not possible, without detailed examination of the evidence in each case, to ascertain how many of these complaints have been made by firms claiming to have suffered loss due to picketing.
