§ Mr. Albert Boothasked the Lord President of the Council whether it remains his policy to implement the undertaking given by his predecessor in 1954 that, except in cases of an urgent kind, copies of instruments and drafts will normally be made available to the Vote Office when the instruments or drafts are laid.
