§ Mr. Peter MillsMr. Ferris became a special category prisoner following his conviction. He later asked to be allowed to relinquish this status, and his request was granted. He was fully aware on giving up his status that it could not be restored.
Mr. McKernan has been a special category prisoner for some time.
There is more than one prisoner named McCormack; if the hon. Member will let me have further details of the prisoner, I will write to him.
