asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether the bans on the import of vicuna hair, and the fur skins of tigers, the snow leopard and the clouded leopard (which were brought in under the Import, Export and Customs Powers (Defence) Act 1939) could be rescinded without Parliamentary discussion or approval.

Yes, but the Government have no present intention of rescinding these import bans.
