§ Mr. William van StraubenzeeOn the first part of the Question, I have nothing to add to the answer my right hon. Friend gave on 21st January—[Vol. 867, c.241]. The joint commission on law enforcement has been asked to make its recommendations as a matter of extreme urgency but it is too soon for me to say when its report will be received.
