HC Deb 05 February 1974 vol 868 c273W
26. Mr. Goronwy Roberts

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he is aware that, because no access agreements have yet been concluded in Snowdonia, no tenant in the area has been able to purchase his farm, despite the Minister of State for Wales's statement in 1971 that this would be done without delay; and if he will impress on the Caernarvonshire County Council the need for early conclusion of such agreements.

Mr. Peter Thomas

I am aware of this and am urging the county council, which is responsible for making access agreements, to complete this task as a matter of urgency.
