Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether, having regard to the size of the payments made to relations of civilians killed as a result of the disturbance in Londonderry on so-called Bloody Sunday, he will seek to make proportionate financial provision for the relatives of civilian victims of terrorism in Northern Ireland.
