§ Mr. Wigginasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give his approval to the holding of an exhibition in the Upper Waiting Hall, consisting of a device owned and staffed by the Essex Constabulary, that demonstrates the efficacy of car seat belts.
§ Mr. KaufmanI have arranged with the authorities of the House for the exhibition to be held in the Upper Waiting Hall from Tuesday 14th January to Thursday 16th January. I am grateful to the hon. Member for his efforts in the matter.
