§ Mr. Higginsasked the Secretary of State for Trade where in the House of Commons the Press notice issued jointly by the Central Statistical Office and the Department of Trade giving the balance of payments figures was delivered for the Library on Thursday 12th December; if he will seek to ascertain at what time it actually arrived in the Library; and if he will carry out a full investigation to ensure that the Library actually receives 743W such data and that it is available to Members at the release time.
