Mr. Penhaligon

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list the number of house starts for each of the last 10 years in Cornwall;

(2) If he will list the number of houses completed for each of the past 10 years in Cornwall;

(3) If he will list the number of houses built for the local authorities for each of the past 10 years in Cornwall.

These later figures include dwellings constructed for Government Departments.

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the value of central and local government contracts with the construction industry in Cornwall for each year since 1965.
