§ Mr. Alfred MorrisNo. The special £10 a year petrol allowance is limited to drivers of Ministry vehicles. For other severely disabled drivers, our priority is the £4 a week mobility allowance announced by my right hon. Friend on 13th September. This is as far as we can go at present.
