§ Dr. SummerskillI assume my hon. and learned Friend is referring to the504W Bow Street Reward Fund. This is an independent trust from which the Bow Street Magistrates may at their discretion give rewards to members of the Metropolitan Police. There are also independent reward funds in certain police forces, but my right hon. Friend has no control over the funds.
