The Attorney-GeneralThe Government have no plans for any immediate extension, but my noble Friend is currently studying the latest report of his Legal Aid Advisory Committee, which recommended the extension of legal aid to all statutory tribunals at present within the supervision of the Council on Tribunals before which representation is allowed, and to the Patents Appeal Tribunal.
