§ Mr. JuddThis is primarily a matter for the Department of the Environment, which hopes shortly to issue a new circular giving advice to local authorities on the council housing needs of ex-Service men and indicating ways in which they can help. The circular will apply equally to all ex-Service men, including those retiring prematurely.
