§ Mr. Molloyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what progress has been made at the meetings between representatives of his Department and the London borough of Ealing concerning the problem of caravan dwellers; if he will indicate the degree of police co-operation involved; and if he will make a statement;
(2) what action he is taking to clear the layby at the junction of Western Avenue A40 and Church Road, Northolt-Ealing, of caravans trespassing thereon and denying access for legitimate use and purposes for which his Department constructed such laybys.
