§ Mr. HattersleyThe 1974 budget of the European Commission includes appropriations totalling 4,650,000 units of account—£1,937,500—for information services and an appropriation of 122,500 439W units of account—£51,040—for subsidies to European non-Governmental organisations. I understand that no money was paid by the Commission from this sum to the British Council of the European Movement.
