(4)if she will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the number of claimants claiming (a) flat-rate sickness benefit; (b) earnings-related benefit and (c) flat-rate and earnings-related benefit and supplementary benefit, for each year since the introduction of earnings-related benefit.

Earnings-related supplement is not claimed separately from flat-rate benefit.
