§ Lord WELLS-PESTELLIn the preparation of this leaflet, following our normal practice with National Insurance leaflets which give factual information about the effect of the National Insurance Acts and Regulations, we did not consult outside organisations. There are over 100 National Insurance leaflets and most of them are having to be revised in a short period of time in preparation for the new arrangements starting in April 1975. In this situation it would in any event have been impracticable to depart from normal practice.
