§ Mr. Arnoldasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what is his policy towards full membership of the EEC by the Republic of Greece.
§ Mr. HattersleyThe Treaty of Athens envisages eventual membership of the EEC for Greece. Her Majesty's Government hope very shortly to sign an adaptation protocol extending the provisions of the Treaty of Athens to the new member States. We support the aims of that treaty.
