(2) what United Kingdom Government grants, aids, tax concessions or other financial assistance are available to foreign 261W shipowners having ships built in United Kingdom shipyards.
§ Mr. DeakinsForeign shipowners having ships built in United Kingdom shipyards are eligible for ECGD-backed export credit, within the framework of an OECD agreement. Credit is available for up to 70 per cent. of a ship's cost, and payable over seven years at 7½ per cent. interest. British shipowners having ships built in foreign shipyards will, in general, enjoy similiar terms from host Governments.

§ Mr. DeakinsForeign shipowners having ships repaired in United Kingdom shipyards are eligible for ECGD-backed export credit of up to five years at 7 per cent interest. Similar facilities are, in general, available to British shipowners having ships repaired in foreign yards.
