(2) how soon discussions will take place with those affected by planned reductions in civilian manpower at COD Chilwell so that the present state of uncertainty can be resolved.
§ Mr. Robert C. BrownUntil the overall reductions have been worked out in detail it will not be possible to assess what effects, if any, there will be on individual establishments. There will be full consultation as early as practicable with employees' representatives at national and local levels.
