§ Dr. GilbertAn explanatory leaflet will be available to the public at Customs and Excise local VAT offices from today. For the convenience of Members, copies will be available in the Vote Office. The leaflet gives as much information as possible at this stage, but publication of full details and of the way to claim must, of course, wait until the Finance Bill becomes law and the necessary regulations have been made by Customs and Excise.
