§ Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will seek to amend the regulations under the Road Act 1967 to make the statutory notice given by local authorities, before closing roads, longer and more widely available to the public.
§ Mr. William RossI have no proposals for such an amendment, but if the hon. Member will let me know of any difficulties which have arisen from the operation of the procedures I will examine them.
