§ Mr. CroslandThe Minister of State for Sport and Recreation—Mr. Denis responsible for sport and recreation—my hon. Friend the Member for Birmingham, Small Heath (Mr. Howell)—in addition to the responsibilities described by his title, deals also with pollution policy and has day-to-day responsibilities for water and sewerage, including waterways, minerals, and countryside matters. I have no plans at present to allocate additional responsibilities.
