§ Mr. DellMy right hon. Friend announced measures to assist company liquidity and profitability in his recent Budget. As my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Industry made clear in the discussion following his statement on BLMC on 6th December, it would be wrong to deduce from its special problems a general conclusion about British industry as a whole.
