§ Mr. JuddThe effect, if any, on the cost of the Beira Patrol of the proposals announced by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence on 3rd December cannot be estimated at this stage. It is in any case misleading to consider the costs of individual operations of this kind in isolation.
