§ Mr. William RossTo date about 77,000 of the private unfurnished tenancies in Scotland have had "fair rents" registered. The number of dwellings which are still subject to controlled tenancies cannot be estimated with accuracy but it is thought that it is unlikely to exceed 5,000.
