§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieThis is a matter for the Post Office, which has announced that an experimental charity surcharged stamp will be introduced in January 1975, the beneficiaries being chosen by independent trustees appointed by the National Council for Social Ser-8W vice. The Post Office tells me that no decision on further charity stamp issues will be made until the results of this experiment have been evaluated.
