§ Mr. Snapeasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to conclude his consideration of the report of the Select Committee on Nationalised Industries on Capital Investment Procedures 1973, and of the Expenditure Committee in its report on Public Expenditure on Transport 1974, that transport planning within his Department is in need of co-ordination, and that a unit should be set up within his Department to determine overall transport investment policy.
