§ Mr. Pardoeasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list all those local authorities in England in 1974–75 where the special rate relief for domestic ratepayers amounts to more than 15 per cent. of the original domestic rate declared, together with the original domestic rate, the special relief, the special relief as a percentage of the original domestic rate, and the net rate payable.
