§ Mr. MaclennanSolicitors' conveyancing charges are governed by paragraphs 103.106 of the Price Code. Scale charges were abolished with effect from 1st January 1973 and I have no evidence of subsequent increases contrary to the code or which would justify any general reference to the Price Commission.
