Mr. GwilymRoberts asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether a model agreement has yet been arrived at in negotiations between the National Mobile Homes Residents Association, the National Federation of Site Operators and the National Caravan Council; if he will give details of any agreement; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. KaufmanI understand that the latest round of negotiations on 3rd December made considerable progress towards a model agreement but that some points remain outstanding. I hope that all three parties to the talks will do their utmost to reach a rapid and successful conclusion.
