§ The Prime MinisterAs Minister of State in the Department of Education and Science, my noble Friend is responsible under the Secretary of State for matters relating to higher, further and adult education, teacher training, student affairs and educational broadcasting. He is also the principal Government spokesman in the House of Lords on questions of576W devolution and will thus continue to be associated with the collective formulation of Government policy on this and other aspects of the development of political institutions in this country. He will also be available to speak for the Government in the House of Lords on other matters as required.
