§ Mr. Denis HowellI have received this report from the Inland Waterways Amenity Advisory Council. The future of the canal is being discussed by the British Waterways Board, which is responsible for it, with the local authorities concerned. I shall await their views before coming to a conclusion on the council's recommendations.
