§ Mr. StrangDuring these four years fatal accidents to farm workers in England and Wales totalled 31, 47, 40 and 31 respectively. Available statistics for absences relate to periods of more than three days, whether due to injury or prescribed disesases, and are 6,291, 5,711, 5,755 and 5,259 respectively.
