§ Mr. William Sheltonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will introduce legislation to give bus crews the same protection in law from personal attacks as train crews have under the Railway Regulations Act 1840; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he will introduce legislation to give the police powers of arrest for those who violate the public service vehicles regulations, whose identity they do not know.
