§ 54. Mr. Townsendasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will consider giving additional aid to those local authorities, such as the London borough of Bexley, which are faced with additional costs as a result of the use of high alumina cement in school and other public buildings.
§ Mr. John SilkinLocal authorities have not yet provided estimates of the whole costs involved. When these are available we shall consider the matter further.
