§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonThe Law Commission's work on this matter, which is a part of its long-term project for the codification of the criminal law, is at a preliminary stage and it is not yet possible to forecast when it will be completed. As usual, the commission will first publish a consultative document setting out provisional views and calling for comments.
