§ Mr. RowlandsThe Welsh Office has issued a letter to all housing authorities,310W pending the issue of the relevant circular, which sets out the main principles governing the choice and declaration of housing action areas. Officials of the Welsh Office are always available for consultation, and will offer advice or assistance as appropriate. I shall myself outline the criteria and advise the local authorities at the North Wales Housing Conference on Friday 5th December.
