§ Mr. PeartThe cost of heating and lighting most of the Ministry's establishments is borne by the Property Services Agency of the Department of the Environment, and I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given on 28th November.—[Vol. 882, c.241.] The programme of work at the Ministry's experimental centres reflects the need for fuel saving in the industry generally, but it is not possible at this stage to forecast the outcome. I am aiming at a reduction of 10 per cent. in car milage travelled by my staff on official business.
